The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for preparing a fermented solution, wherein a material, a subject being fermented can be rapidly fermented to simply prepare natural fermented solutions such as enzyme liquid, fermented alcohol, acetobacter, fermented vinegar and the like. The apparatus for preparing a fermented solution according to the present invention comprises: a fermentation tank (100) having a drain valve (120) formed on one side of the sidewall of a main body (110) in which a material being fermented is introduced and stored for draining the fermented solution to the outside and a gas outlet (130) for discharging the gas generated in the inner side of the main body (110) during fermentation to the outside; and a heating mat (200) connected to detachably cover the sidewall of the fermentation tank (100) and controlling a temperature of the fermentation tank (100). According to the present invention, various materials can be rapidly fermented and a temperature of a fermentation tank can be readily controlled, thereby enabling a user to readily prepare a natural fermented solution. |
