An embodiment of the present invention relates to a smart phone measurement system for measuring multi-items using a chip sensor. The technical objective to solve is to enable a user to perform salinity or sugar content measurement directly by combining a salinity or sugar content measurement function to a smart phone as the user carries the smart phone. For the same, according to the embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is the smart phone measurement system for measuring the multi-items using the chip sensor, which includes: a biosensor module which comprises a lead port at one end of a body, and comprises an electrode part, which is contacted to or put in a sample by being connected to the lead port, at another end opposite to the one end; and a mobile communication terminal which is loaded with a measurement application, and receives multi-item measurement data of the sample measured by the electrode part from the biosensor module by execution of the measurement application after being connected to the lead port, and displays the multi-item measurement data.
