An apparatus to automatically cut a medicine pack comprises: a first transfer unit; a first cutting unit; a first sensing unit; and a controller. The first transfer unit transfers a medicine pack storing packaged medicines individually packaged to be arranged; the first cutting unit cuts the medicine pack transferred from the first transfer unit in one direction; and the first sensing unit senses the medicine pack transferred to the first cutting unit. The controller cuts the medicine pack with the first cutting unit based on information sensed by the first sensing unit, and separates the packaged medicines of the medicine pack by at least one row while transferring the medicine pack with the first transfer unit.
