The present invention is to provide a circuit for controlling power, which maintains power supplied to a lighting device through a bypass route even when a controller which controls the lighting device has a problem such as electric leakage. The circuit for controlling power according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises a controller; a circuit breaker which is connected to the controller, monitors electric leakage of the controller, and shuts down the power transmitted from an external source to the controller when electric leakage in the controller is monitored; a first switching part connected to the controller and a load; a second switching part which is connected to the circuit breaker and the load; and a third switching part which converts the first switching part to an open state and the second switching part to a closed state when the circuit breaker shuts down the power transmitted to the controller. |
