<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create an application to be connected to a service server. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 12 receives, from a portable terminal 11, a parameter corresponding to a current execution state of an application executed on the portable terminal 11. The management server 12 refers to a process-associated table storing processes associated with parameters and determines a process to be executed based on the received parameter. When it is determined to communicate with an advertisement delivery server 13, an effect measuring server 14, and the like, the management server 12 communicates therewith.
