The copper carbon composite according to the present invention makes copper particles bonded to a carbon surface by being treated with plasma at a high temperature, expresses the same or improved electrochemical effects compared to copper remaining inside a positive electrode active material structure of a Chevrel structure when the copper is added into the positive electrode active material of the Chevrel structure, and further shows a complex effect by added carbons. |
