The present invention relates to a vehicle charge assisting device and a vehicle with the same. According to the present invention, the vehicle charge assisting device comprises: at least one camera mounted in a vehicle; an antenna configured to receive a magnetic field from a charging device; and a processor configured to generate a moving direction signal of the vehicle based on a charge related object in an image from the camera, move the vehicle in response to the moving direction signal of the vehicle, and generate a guide signal for vehicle location adjustment based on the magnetic field. Therefore, the vehicle charge assisting device can be displayed so that the vehicle charge assisting device can easily move to the charging device.
