The present invention relates to a method for producing a sheet by recycling Waste bakelite and a sheet produced thereby by recycling waste bakelite. According to the present invention, the production method comprises the following steps: (S100) a pulverizing step by grinding waste bakelite; (S200) a resin composition production step for creating adhesiveness between a base material and the waste bakelite powder by being mixed with the pulverized waste bakelite powder; (S300) a mixed liquid production step by mixing the resin composition with the powder formed by pulverization of the waste bakelite and then stirring the same thereafter; (S400) a step of coating a surface of the base material with the mixed liquid by impregnating the base material into the mixed liquid; (S500) a step of drying the mixed liquid by irradiating the base material with ultraviolet light; (S600) a step of spreading the coating composition over the surface of the base material; (S700) a step of forming a prepreg after spreading the coating composition on the mixed liquid-cured base material and then drying the same; and (S800) a step of producing the sheet by recycling the waste bakelite after laminating the prepreg and then curing the same thereafter. According to the present invention, substances which cause environmental pollution or is harmful to human body are not used in the sheet, and it is possible to recycle waste bakelite more efficiently. |
