The present invention relates to production of a poly-vinyl alcohol (PVA) brush roller for washing various pollutants such as chemical and water used in washing a surface of glass in a production process for liquid crystal display (LCD) glass. More specifically, the present invention relates to a PVA brush roller used in cleaning glass for LCD in an LCD glass production process ensuring reduced costs. The present invention further relates to a production method and an apparatus for the same. By tightly sealing the PVA resin in a metal perforated pipe with a contraction tube and then fixing the same after inserting into a mold so as to directly foam-molding in the perforated pipe, production time is reduced, as is required for producing PVA brush roller for cleaning LCD glass. Instead of using high-priced PPS materials for the perforated pipe, the use of low-priced sus can reduce production costs as well. |
