Disclosed are a multiplexing method for device-to-device communications in a wireless communications system, and an apparatus thereof. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a transmission unit for transmitting a D2D signal or a network signal; a reception unit for receiving the D2D signal or the network signal; and a control unit for controlling the transmission unit and the reception unit. The control unit includes: a collision determination unit set to simultaneously perform the transmission or the reception of the D2D signal, and the transmission or the reception of the network signal in the same spectrum to determine whether collision occurs or not; and a multiplexing unit for determining or scheduling a signal to be transmitted or received to/from the spectrum in which the collision occurs. |
