An embodiment of the present invention relates to a phosphor plate. The phosphor plate is an optical conversion structure of a plate state where phosphor is distributed in a glass matrix. An embossed surface including at least one kind of pattern is formed on at least one of both sides of the plate. The pattern occupies 700 to 95 percent of the area of a surface.
