PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer film that can supply ink to an ink receiving layer by suppressing a decrease of an ink hit by an ink jetting method without preventing the ink from being received in the ink receiving layer, and to provide a transfer method.SOLUTION: The transfer film includes: an ink permeable layer 1 which has a gap having a hitting surface 5 to make the ink from the hitting surface 5 permeated thereon, and is charged in the same polarity as the ink so that the ink permeation is prompted in the gap; the ink receiving layer 2 which receives the ink passing through the ink permeable layer 1; and a support 4 and a protective layer 3 which are located opposed to the ink permeable layer 1 by sandwiching the ink receiving layer 2, support the ink permeable layer 1 and the ink receiving layer 2, and protect the ink receiving layer 2 and the ink permeable layer 1. |
