<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetization technology for an encoder which reduces management, labor, costs or the like, such as magnetic field orientation and coordination operation between its alignment direction and a magnetic field direction, and enlarging an amplitude peak of variable waveforms of magnetic flux density when rotating. <P>SOLUTION: An encoder 2 which is provided with a ring magnet 4 made by magnetizing a magnetic body (an isotropic magnetic material) formed into a ring shape and becomes an object to be detected of a magnetic sensor for measuring a state of rotation (an angle of rotation) of a rotary body rotating around a shaft core. The encoder 2 gives a magnetic field Mf which is in parallel to a radial direction in the state in which it is orthogonal to a central shaft C of the ring magnet 4 and the ring magnet 4 wears a yoke member (back yoke) 6 for magnetization along the radial direction, and magnetizes the ring magnet 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
