The present invention relates to a high brightness optical sheet comprising an asymmetry pyramid pattern and a method of manufacturing the same. The high brightness optical sheet comprising an asymmetry pyramid pattern according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; and an asymmetry pyramid pattern formed on one or both surfaces of the substrate. The asymmetry pyramid pattern has a ratio of a long side to a short side, 1.5 ~ 2.0, and a base angle of a lateral surface, 55 ~ 60°. The method of manufacturing a high brightness optical sheet comprising an asymmetry pyramid pattern according to the present invention cuts the surface of a substrate into a long side and a short side by using a bite with a bite angle of 60 ~ 70°.
