The present invention relates to a headrest sleeve-integrated electronic active headrest elevator system and, more specifically, to a headrest sleeve-integrated electronic active headrest elevator system capable of simplifying a coupling and separation structure to have weight lightening and reducing production costs in accordance with the reduction of a production and assembly process as a notch rod connector and a guide connector are coupled and separated inside a coupling holder to fix a headrest. The present invention comprises: a coupling holder installed in a seat back frame having an internal hollow hole, a guide rail formed in a vertical direction of the hollow hole, and fitting grooves formed on the top and the bottom of the hollow hole; a guide connector inserted into the hollow hole of the coupling holder to be vertically movable along the guide rail and fitted in the fitting grooves by elastic protrusions formed on an outer surface to be fixed in a required position; a notch rod having the top buried in a headrest and the bottom extended towards a seat bag to be inserted into the hollow hole of the coupling holder; and a notch rod connector which is installed in an end of the notch rod to be coupled to the guide connector such that power can be supplied to the headrest and is capable of adjusting a height of the headrest by pressing the elastic protrusions of the guide connector through pressing protrusions protruding downwards in a state of being coupled to the guide connector to separate the guide connector from the fitting grooves.
