<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete panel with higher bending strength and to provide a technology for manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the parallelepiped concrete panel, a net body 3 is arranged at the nearest inner side of the rear surface of a panel body 1. The concrete constituting the panel body is extremely stiff consistency concrete. The net body 3 is made of materials having rust preventive property and tensile strength property in a net shape. The method of manufacturing the concrete panel includes: a net body arranging process for arranging the net body 3 on the bottom of the molding die 10; a concrete casting process for casting concrete before hardening in a molding die 10; a clamping process for clamping the casted concrete before hardening; and a removing process for removing the product from the molding die after the concrete is clamped. Since the net body 3 is at the nearest inner side of the rear surface of the concrete panel, the net body resists against the tensile stress generated on the rear surface when a bending action is exerted due to the load from the upper surface side, and thus the concrete panel with higher bending strength is obtained.
