<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve thermal conductivity, to easily adjust a sheet thickness in assembly, and to contribute to cost reduction. <P>SOLUTION: In a thermally conductive sheet 10, a first metallic material 12 and a second metallic material 16 are compositely molded in a sheet shape. The first metallic material 12 is an indium sheet, and the second metallic material 16 is metallic powder grains having higher thermal conductivity and higher melting point than indium. The metallic powder grains 16 are included in the indium sheet 12.
