The present invention relates to a compression waste basket for a garbage bag which compresses a garbage bag after waste is stored in the garbage bag mounted inside. The compression waste basket for the garbage bag comprises: a lower case; an upper case arranged on an upper side of the lower case to vertically be moved; an elastic restoration unit maintaining an installation position of the upper case and the lower case by being connected to the lower case and the upper case, and restoring the upper case pressed to compress the garbage bag to an initial position; a holder unit installed in the upper end of the upper case to rotate to the upper side, having a waste input hole in a center, and a protrusion formed along a circumference of the waste input hole wherein the upper side of the garbage bag is mounted on the upper side of the protrusion; and a cover unit installed in the upper side of the holder unit to be rotated comprising a first cover having an insertion groove formed on a bottom wherein the upper side of the garbage bag and the protrusion are inserted into the insertion groove, a second cover installed to be rotated on the upper side of the first cover, and a pressing plate pressing the waste stored in the garbage bag by being installed in the lower side of the second cover to be rotated. As such, the compression waste basket easily compresses the garbage bag and increases an amount of waste which can be stored in the garbage bag. |
