摘要 The present invention relates to graphene oxide (GO) and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided is graphene oxide, comprising: a lower layer formed in a flat structure and having graphene oxide; and a convex portion formed on the lower layer and having graphene oxide. The planar shape of the convex portion is the grain boundary shape of copper. The content of carbon and oxygen within the graphene oxide of the lower layer and the convex portion is 0.1 to 10.0 as a weight ratio of the oxygen with respect to the carbon. The method for manufacturing the graphene oxide comprises the steps of: preparing a metal foil and a substrate; heat-treating the metal foil to increase grain size, and controlling the oxygen content within the metal foil; bonding the metal foil whose grain size is increased to the substrate; supplying carbon material to the metal foil; heating the supplied carbon material, the metal foil, and the substrate; diffusing carbon atoms generated through the pyrolysis of the heated carbon material and oxygen atoms in the metal foil into the metal foil; and forming graphene oxide on the substrate by carbon and oxygen atoms diffused into the metal foil. The graphene oxide manufacture thereby is positioned at the interface between the metal foil and the substrate. Accordingly, compositions of oxygen and carbon in the graphene oxide can be adjusted, and thus the electronic properties of the graphene oxide can be controlled.
