The present invention relates to a composite solid polymer electrolyte which comprises a polymer, a plasticizer, a supporting electrolyte (salt), and a non-aqueous solvent. The present invention further relates to the use of the composite solid polymer electrolyte to be used as dielectrics in low voltage, flexible, bendable, transparent, printed electronics, in particular to manufacture devices including but not limited to logics, circuits, transistors, capacitors. The present invention also relates to printed electronics which is available through depositing a layer of said composite solid polymer electrolyte.
