The present invention provides a method for cultivating a mushroom using a sawdust medium. The method for cultivating a mushroom using a sawdust medium comprises: a step of manufacturing a sawdust medium for mushroom cultivation comprising oak tree sawdust, calcium carbonate, wheat bran, cottonseed bran, brown sugar, water, nano-detoxification sulfur, and anthocyan; a step of inserting the sawdust medium into a cultivation container, sealing the cultivation container, and then heating and cooling the cultivation container for sterilization; a step of injecting mushroom spawn into the cooled sawdust medium; a step of cultivating the mushroom spawn in the dark to cultivate a mycelium; a step of cultivating the mushroom mycelium which has undergone dark cultivation in a lit environment to allow browning; and a step of inserting the cultivation container containing the browned mushroom mycelium into a cultivation facility to grow the mushroom mycelium into a mushroom. |
