PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte battery excellent in cyclic performance, thermal stability, and discharge rate performance under high-temperature environment, and to provide a battery pack.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous electrolyte battery includes: a positive electrode 3; a negative electrode 4; and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The negative electrode 4 includes a titanium containing metal oxide. The nonaqueous electrolyte includes a nonaqueous solvent and LiPFdissolved in the same. The nonaqueous solvent includes a first solvent composed of fluorination phosphate ester. |
