<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device or the like in which even if power supply voltage of a voltage generation circuit decreases, its configuration needs no change and a voltage fluctuation occurred in the voltage generation circuit can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 100 includes a voltage generation circuit 120 which generates a third voltage V3 with a difference between a first voltage V1 and a second voltage V2 as an operation voltage and supplies the third voltage V3 to an output voltage supply line PLO, and a voltage fluctuation suppression circuit 130 which, when the operation voltage decreases, causes current to flow into the output voltage supply line or current to be drawn out from the output voltage supply line for a predetermined period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
