<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for a nonaqueous secondary battery, capable of being conveyed at high speed and more stably and excellent in manufacturing suitability. <P>SOLUTION: The separator for a nonaqueous secondary battery comprises: a porous base material; and a functional porous layer coated on at least one side of the porous base material and containing an organic polymer compound, and has recessed parts with the number in a range of from 0.1/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>or more to 20/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>on a surface of the functional porous layer, each of the recessed parts having a maximum diameter of 50 μm or more and 1 mm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
