<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip for a shoe which facilitates arrangement of shoes including boots and always puts a pair of shoes in order, which keeps the shapes of boots or the like and furthermore exhibits effects for deodorization, disinfection, dehumidification, etc., and which is used and handled in a very simple manner and has extremely simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A case body 30 and a lid body 40 are provided at the outer lower ends of a pair of base boards 10 connected at the upper ends, a medical case 20 is integrally provided which stores medicines and has vent holes h. From each opening 51 of shoes 50 parallelized right and left, the base boards 10 are each inserted to clamp an adjacent pair of inner walls of the right foot 50a and the left foot 50b of the shoes 50 by the respective base boards 10.
