The present invention relates to a precision control valve for a compressed air. The present invention drills a throttle hole of a throttler to act as a penetration hole corresponding to changes in an outer diameter of a front side unit and enables a seal and a connection plate to be mounted in a needle of a plunger and does not use a supporter and a coil spring. Therefore, the present invention can precisely control a discharge amount of a compressed air, enables the seal to be easily mounted, prevents an operation defect, has increased durability, is easily assembled and repaired, and reduces manufacturing and maintenance costs.
