A disaster evacuation route guiding system according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a user terminal where an evacuation route guiding application is executed; and a control server which receives surrounding situation information acquired in a disaster occurrence space and location information of the user terminal from the user terminal, and generates evacuation route information from the location of the user terminal in the disaster occurrence space on the basis of the surrounding situation information, and transmits the evacuation route information to the user terminal.
