The present invention relates to a position-adjustable jacket device for water and sea facilities, and is to provide a jacket device which can be easily leveled and installed even when an undersea or underwater surface is not even. In addition, the present invention is to provide a jacket device which can accurately level a jacket without a foundation work for evenly hardening the ground or a complicated underwater work, and can achieve rapid installation, high work efficiency, and stability. In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is to provide a position-adjustable jacket device for water or sea facilities, comprising: a jacket which is supported in a undersea or underwater bottom and has multiple jacket legs serving as pillars and legs and in which each jacket leg comprises overlapped and connected upper and lower pipes; and a length adjusting actuator which is provided between the upper pipe and the lower pipe of each jacket leg and adjusts an overlap amount of the upper pipe and the lower pipe to vary a length and a height of the jacket leg, wherein the length and the height of each jacket leg are varied by driving of the length adjusting actuator, to adjust the position of the jacket.
