The present invention relates to tadalafil cocrystal, a preparation method and uses of the same and, more particularly, to cocrystal formed through interactions between tadalafil and a co-former, wherein the co-former can be at least one selected from the group consisting of caffeine, urea, saccharin, and malonic acid. The tadalafil cocrystal, according to the present invention, expresses an improved release profile in comparison to tadalafil, which enables to secure uniform product quality and consistent efficacy, and is useful for treating target diseases by increasing bioavailability as a result of quickly being dissolved inside gastrointestinal tract.
