PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust a position and posture of a slit.
SOLUTION: A spectrophotometric unit comprises: a slit member that comprises an aperture where a light flux guided from a detected surface passes; a concave diffraction grating that receives the light flux passing through the aperture of the slit member, and disperses and collects the incident light flux; a light-receiving element that uses unidirectionally-arranged multiple photoelectric conversion elements to receive the light flux dispersed and collected by the concave diffraction grating and outputs an electric signal corresponding to each of the multiple photoelectric conversion elements; and a box-shaped housing that supports the slit member, the concave diffraction grating and the light-receiving element. The housing has a first guide surface and a second guide surface that are substantially parallel to an optical axis direction of the light flux which passes through the aperture and enters the concave diffraction grating. The first and second guide surfaces move the slit member in a state of contacting the slit member and serve as adjustment planes capable of adjusting a position of the slit member in the optical axis direction.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
