PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber holder capable of adjusting the strip length, cut length, or the like without separately using an attachment.SOLUTION: The optical fiber holder 110 includes: a tabular holder body 20; an openable/closable lid member 30 for grasping an optical fiber 50 between it and the holder body 20 when it is closed onto the top surface 20a of the holder body 20; and a movable piece 40 supported by the holder body 20. The arrangement position of the movable piece 40 is switched between a projection position at which the piece projects from the front end of the holder body 20 to the front side thereof and a storage-time position on the rear side of the projection position, depending on the displacement with respect to the holder body 20. |
