The invention relates to a thermochemical heat storage system comprising at least a first reactor (8) and a second reactor (10) and a heat-transfer fluid circulation circuit (12), said circulation circuit comprising first and second supply/discharge ends (12.1, 12.2) and extending through the two reactors such that the heat-transfer fluid passes successively through either the first (8) or second (10) reactor and subsequently through the other reactor. According to the invention each reactor (8, 10) is intended to be the seat of a reversible thermochemical storage/release reaction, said two reactions having temperature ranges within which the reversible reactions can take place and which are at least partially different.
