摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for 3D printing using composite materials. The 3D printing apparatus in accordance with the present invention comprises: a frame; a modeling unit having a light irradiating unit irradiating image rays in an upward direction, a modeling plate arranged in an upper part of the light irradiating unit at intervals so as to face each other, and a modeling plate driving unit capable of relatively moving the modeling plate with respect to the light radiating unit, and supported by the frame; a tray unit having a plurality of material trays containing different kinds of photocurable resins individually and having a light-transmittable bottom portion, at least one cleaner tray containing a cleaner, and a tray driving unit capable of moving any one of the trays to a working position between the modeling plate and the light irradiating unit; and a control unit for controlling the light irradiating unit, the modeling plate driving unit, and the tray driving unit. According to the present invention, 3D printing can be performed by using composite materials in a DLP 3D printer, and the resins having different properties are physically separated not to be mixed with each other, thereby preventing molding products of the composite materials from being mixed and performing 3D printing by using the composite materials.
