A compressor, according to the present invention, reduces the tilting angle of a turning scroll by making a bearing allowable angle (&thgr;) to be greater than or equal to a tilting angle (β), thereby preventing refrigerants compressed in a compression chamber from leaking, herein the bearing allowable angle (&thgr;) is an angle that the turning scroll is tilted to a rotary shaft and the tilting angle (β) is an angle that the turning scroll is tilted to a frame. Moreover, the present invention prevents bearing abrasion between the rotary shaft and the turning scroll. |
