Provides are a switching device and a driving method thereof. The switching device includes a switch which controls a current flowing along an inductive element, a monitoring node connected to the switch, and a signal control circuit which is connected to the monitoring node and a reference voltage and turns on/off the switch. The signal control circuit includes an integrator which generates a comparison voltage by using the reference voltage and the monitoring voltage of the monitoring node, a comparator which compares the comparison voltage and the reference voltage and generates a reset signal, and an offset elimination part which prevents a first offset voltage by the integrator and a second offset voltage by the comparator from affecting the comparison voltage.
