The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of multiple contacts using an ahead oxidation method which is capable of effectively producing multiple contacts and obtaining high deposition resistance while enabling currents to smoothly flow because the oxidization inside an electrical contact structure is made evenly. The method comprises the steps of: (a) melting silver with cadmium; (b) forming a ribbon by cooling an alloy solution melted in the step (a); (c) oxidizing the ribbon formed in the step (b); (d) forming an ingot by forging the ribbon oxidized in the step (c): (e) manufacturing a first layer plate which is an alloy plate through hot extrusion of the ingot manufactured in the step (d) with a plate shape; (f) manufacturing double layered plates of a double layered structure by welding a second plate in which 100wt% of Ag is injected with high frequency on the first plate; and (g) manufacturing multiple layered plates by welding a third plate containing copper and phosphorus on the double layered plate of the step (f). |
