The present invention may provide a pre-coating agent composition for a base coating free directional electrical steel sheet, a base coating free directional electrical steel sheet including the same and a method for manufacturing the same. Particularly, the present invention provides the pre-coating agent composition for the base coating free directional electrical steel sheet including a metal phosphaste, a silicate compound, a borinic acid and a solvent, and may provide the base coating free directional electrical steel sheet including the same and the method for manufacturing the same.
