The present invention relates to methods for manufacturing thermally insulating and light-weight red clay bricks, red bricks, and cement bricks. In the present invention, the red clay bricks are manufactured by: injecting and rotating pearlite, vermiculite, and Styrofoam particles in a ball-mill machine so as to perform coating; ejecting the balls manufactured from the ball-mill machine and air-drying the balls; baking the balls in a furnace for the first time at 700°C; making balls by coating with the materials or cement; curing the product; and mixing with red clay mortar based on weight (%); and drying the product. The red bricks are manufactured by mixing with clay, drying the mixture, and baking the dried product in a furnace at 1150°C. The cement bricks are manufactured by mixing with mortar, molding the mixture by a mechanical method, drying the molded product, and curing the dried product. The cement bricks manufactured according to the present invention have enhanced heat reservation and are lightweight. |
