<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an electrode is trimmed which is formed at an oscillator piece when laser printing is performed on the center of a cap because a ceramic cap and a glass cap have a characteristic that allows laser to transmit at the time of printing by laser radiation. <P>SOLUTION: In an oscillator, an oscillator piece 101 is sealed up in a cavity 14a formed between a base board 12 and a cap 14 which are joined each other. A print 16 is engraved by laser on the surface of the cap 14 which is the upper part of a joint part between the base board 12 and the cap 14. By engraving the print 16 on the joint part of the base board 12 and the cap 14, no laser is radiated to the oscillator piece 101, and when the print 16 is engraved, the effect that affects the characteristic of the oscillator is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
