<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire having excellent durability of a bead portion by controlling any failure such as separation at a roll end of a chafer. <P>SOLUTION: In a chafer 6, a rolled part 62 rolled outwardly from the inner side in the tire width direction around a bead core is continuously provided on a rolled part 61 located on the inner side in the tire width direction of a body part 41 of a carcass ply 4. A reinforcing cord 6C at the rolled part 61 of the chafer 6 extends in an inclined manner in the direction of CD1 outwardly in the tire radial direction. A carcass cord 4C at the body part 41 of the carcass ply 4 has an arc-shaped section 40 which is convexed in an arc shape in the direction of CD1, and the arc-shaped section 40 is adjacent to a roll end 61E of the chafer 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
