In the present invention, on the upper surface of a device main unit (12), a pair of opposing oscillator units (14, 16) are disposed so that the tarsus of a foot placed on the upper surface of the device main unit (12) is held between the oscillator units from the left and right. Three adjustment plates (28A, 28B, 28C) are rotatably mounted to the device main unit (12). By being rotated, each adjustment plate can be put into a use position at which the plate is in a tarsus placing region (26) of the device main unit upper surface where the tarsus is placed, and a non-use position at which the plate is retracted from the tarsus placing region (26). In accordance with the physique of the subject, the adjustment plate to be positioned in the tarsus placing region is selected, and the position of the calcaneus of the subject is made to match the positions of the oscillator units (14, 16). |
