The present invention provides a rotor and a motor having the same. The rotor comprises a rotor core including a pocket, and a magnet arranged in the pocket. The magnet includes a frame forming a lattice space, and a plurality of segment magnets individually received in the lattice space. Therefore, an advantageous effect to minimize an eddy current loss is provided. |
