The present invention relates to a supercritical carbon dioxide power generation system which comprises: a heat exchange unit for heat-exchanging waste heat of a solid oxide fuel cell and carbon dioxide; a turbine unit generating power to operate a generator by using carbon dioxide discharged from the heat exchange unit for the generator to produce electricity; and a circulation unit controlling a temperature and pressure of carbon dioxide discharged from the turbine unit to be circulated. Moreover, the turbine unit generates power to operate the generator by using supercritical carbon dioxide.
