Provided are an apparatus to treat liquefied boil-off gas and a system to supply liquefied boil-off gas having the same, which collect boil-off gas generated in a process of supplying liquefied fuel to be stored in a standardized storage container and rapidly transfers the boil-off gas using transport equipment such as harbor facilities or the like. The apparatus to treat liquefied boil-off gas, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a storage tank which stores liquefied fuel therein; a supply line which supplies the liquefied fuel stored in the storage tank to a fuel storage tank of a fuel gas propulsion unit; a collection line which collects the boil-off gas evaporated during a process of supplying the liquefied fuel to the fuel storage tank of the propulsion unit; and a boil-off gas unit storage module which is detachably provided in one side of the top of the storage tank and stores the boil-off gas collected through the collection line.
