PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly notify a kitchen of beneficial information for starting preliminary preparation of cooking, and to accelerate serving of a dish to a guest.SOLUTION: An order information management device 17 comprises: handy terminals 23 to 25 for transmitting order information of a guest; and a controller 18 for outputting the order information transmitted from the handy terminals to a printer 20 for a kitchen. The handy terminals 23 to 25 comprise: an input part of the number of guests for inputting the number of guests who have newly visited a store; and transmission means for transmitting, to the controller 18, information on the number of guests showing the number of guests inputted to the input part of the number of guests. The controller 18 comprises: receiving means for receiving the information on the number of guests transmitted from the handy terminals 23 to 25; and information output means for outputting the information on the number of guests received by the receiving means to the printer 20 for a kitchen or an information display part 26. |
