<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water recovery apparatus that can process water to be processed by a simple structure in a closed system space of a nuclear shelter, a space station or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The water to be processed of wastewater in a closed system space, human body discharged water, water that condenses water vapor in the air or the like is processed by a hardness component roughness removing apparatus 1, a softening system 2, and an electrolytic device 3 and a catalytic decomposition apparatus 4 for organic matter decomposition, this treated water is performed by roughness desalination processing by an electrodialysis apparatus 5, and desalted water and alkaline solution and acid solution are manufactured. The electrodialysis desalted water is desalinated further by an electric regenerative desalting device 6 and product water is obtained. The alkaline solution is sent to the hardness component roughness removing apparatus 1, and used for hardness component deposition.
