<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator car with an air register cover for securing a work environment similar to an upper part of an ordinary cage unprovided with the air register cover. <P>SOLUTION: This elevator car includes the air register cover supported by support frames arranged inside. The elevator car includes supporting members arranged in the support frames, columns vertically erectly supported by the supporting members, support arms horizontally fixed in the middle of the columns, and working platform panels for fixing the support arms.
