A liquid crystal shutter, comprising: a first plate comprising a first transparent electrode layer; a second plate disposed parallel to the first plate and comprising a second transparent electrode layer; a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first plate and the second plate and is configured to transmit or block light according to a first potential difference between the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer; a heating electrode configured to generate a second potential difference for generating heat in the first transparent electrode layer; and a first electrode and a second electrode electrically connected to the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer, respectively, so as to generate the first potential difference between the first transparent electrode layer and the second transparent electrode layer, wherein the second potential difference is formed between the heating electrode and the first electrode, and wherein the second transparent electrode layer comprises a plurality of electrode layers separated by separation grooves, and the first electrode, the second electrode, and the heating electrode are disposed on the electrode layers, respectively.
