1. An assembly work conveyor device comprising:
a plurality of work tables; and a displacement support mechanism that includes a displacement driver causing the work tables to displace along an oval displacement path, wherein the plurality of work tables are supported in a cantilevered manner by the displacement support mechanism and in a posture projecting toward an outer periphery of the oval displacement path, and wherein the work tables are cantilevered such that upper surfaces of the worktables are slanted downwardly in a direction from an inner periphery of the work conveyor device towards an outer periphery of the work conveyor device.
