A water discharging apparatus is disclosed. The water discharging apparatus, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a water discharging part which has a discharge path for allowing incoming water to flow therein and then be discharged to the outside; and a quantitative discharge valve which opens either a connection path connected to the discharge path or the discharge path for a certain time using a mechanical timer. Therefore, the present invention provides a desired amount of water to a user and controls the opening time of the discharge path.
